Simulated leather covers with gilt lettering, very good condition. Issued by Industrial Dept, New York City, 109 pages with List of officers and Agents, 2 pages of ads. No date, circa 1940-1950. This was written for purposes of fostering industries along the railroad.and to assist farmers in producing larger and better crops. What crops to grow include alfalfa, seed corn, lime and liming, fertilizers, manure draining, drought, soil moisture, etc.
