Dust jacket slight tears. CR 1969, 302 pages with index, black and white photos in center of book, overall good+ condition. Author stresses that the Second Amendment is as important today as it was originally. He also stresses that more marksmanship training in and out of the Armed Forces is needed. Conservation is funded through gun permits, hunting permits, taxes on sales of guns and ammunition also help this cause. Hunting also keeps game population under control. He states the need for a well-regulated militia and outlines plans for recruiting, training, and equipping a civilian militia.
